How to delete your account

You can request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Here's how:

1. Log into your account at app.smilesim.com
2. Click on your avatar (top right corner), then click your name to open the menu
3. Select Profile from the menu
4. Navigate to the Deletion tab
5. Click on: “I want to delete my SmileSIM Account”
6. Check both confirmation boxes:
   • Yes, I acknowledge that I am still responsible for any consequence that will result in the permanent deletion of my account data.
   • Yes, I want to permanently delete this SmileSIM Account and all its data.
7. Click the confirmation button to start the deletion process.

What happens next?

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion and all associated data will be permanently erased after 30 days.

You may cancel the deletion request at any time during this 30-day period by logging into your account and visiting the Deletion section again.
